Welcome to Obesitober 2020! The whole concept of this is to make something that everyone in the fat-fur community can enjoy and participate in, and contribute towards. Every day has a different theme of sorts, though the theme for the whole month is everything related to something round. There are no rules for this either; if all you can do is a tweet in the theme, or if you spend six hours writing or drawing your magnum opus, everything counts! You can contribute one day, all the days, or just some of the ones that you feel inspired to do so for. There really are no rules here, this is just a for-fun exercise for everyone in the fat-fur community who wants to take part. Below are just a couple resources for those who want to participate, or be featured here
If you want to keep track of the days, and get notifications as to what day is happening when right on your phone or in your email, there is a Google Calendar available to those who want it. Below is a list of the days, as well as what is going on those days. Each day has it’s own post here on the site with a list of those who have sent me their work for the day or who use #Obesitober on Twitter so I can see it! I want to promote everyone here for this after all, so a repository of everyone’s work will be pretty awesome. If you don’t want to be shown here, that’s fine too! This is just for collecting things that people are posting so that there is a big list for everyone to see.
